Services-led, deliberately
Early deployments are hand-fitted: we write the policies, tune the watches, and sit in the weekly decision review. It is the fastest route to trust, and to learning what should become product.
Two at a time
We run a small number of deployments concurrently while the runbook is being written, so each one gets the attention the promise requires.
Everything done twice gets written down
And everything written down three times becomes product. That discipline is how a services company becomes a platform without losing the standard of care.
Insight is day one; autonomy is earned
The first session should surprise you. If it cannot, Arden is not for you, and we will say so.
