The Platform

One intelligence layer. Every system you run.

Arden sits between every business event and every business action. It connects the tools you already run and turns what it sees into briefs, answers and governed actions.

How Arden thinks →

Your organization, intelligent

  • The morning brief

What changed, what Arden did under policy, what needs you. Three minutes.

  • Watches and catches

Standing watches on what you named. A catch when something matters, with evidence.

  • Answers with evidence

Plain-language questions across everything; every claim opens in its source.

  • Decisions with blast radius

A proposal, the options weighed, what it would touch, what it costs, how long it stays reversible.

  • Governed actions

Executed back into your systems under written policy. Logged with actor, decision and evidence.

  • Business Memory

Every outcome kept, with provenance. The next call is sharper than the last.

How Arden Thinks

From signal to governed action.

  1. Something happens in a system you run: an order sits past its promise, an invoice passes 21 days, a candidate goes a week without a reply, a deploy moves a number. Arden sees it the moment it happens.

  2. The signal is read in the full context of the business: the customer’s history, the supplier’s real lead time, the promise already made, the person who owns it.

  3. The ways it could go are weighed against your goals, your policies and what happened last time. Not a rule firing: reasoning about the business.

  4. What Arden now understands, in one sentence, with its evidence: “A promise to a six-order customer will break tomorrow unless the shipping method changes today.”

  5. The same understanding, shaped per person: a decision for you, a drafted heads-up for support, nothing at all for everyone else.

  6. In the channels you already use: the morning brief, a Slack card, your phone. No new inbox, no dashboard to remember to check.

  7. When action is warranted it waits for a person, with the blast radius shown: what it writes to, what it costs, how long it stays reversible. Approve, adjust or decline.

  8. Every approval and decline is written to Business Memory. Three similar approvals become a proposed policy; the next call is sharper than the last.

Watch · Understand · Act

What Arden does, in the order it happens.

Before you ask

It’s already looking.

  • 7:00 AM · The brief

$31,420 yesterday, 4% under plan. Three things need you; forty-one were handled under policy this week.

  • A standing watch

Tuesday’s deploy moved mobile checkout from 2.4% to 1.9% while desktop stayed flat. The theme update is the strongest signal, and it is reversible.

  • A catch

Meridian, $96k a year of wholesale, hasn’t ordered in 34 days, and invoice #2291 is 21 days overdue. The spring reorder is due in March.

When you ask

Evidence comes with the answer.

  • “Are we going to hit the month?”

Probably short by $2–3k: $128.4k month to date against a $131k plan, with Copper demand rising and Meta prospecting buying below plan.

  • “Who’s overloaded?”

Support is running 40% over last quarter’s load with the same headcount, and two people carry most of it. Three candidates have waited a week for a reply.

  • “Is the launch ready?”

Stock, yes. Support, no: two tickets from the last launch were never closed, and the macro still points at the old page.

When you approve

It does the thing, inside the lines.

  • Expedite order #4471 for $18.40?

Approved from Slack at 9:22 and executed, reversible until 2 PM. Logged with its evidence.

  • Pause Meta prospecting while ROAS is 2.9 against 3.5?

Approved under the ad-spend policy. $1,400 a day moved to search, reversible tomorrow, when Arden reports what it bought.

  • Email Meridian about the overdue invoice?

Declined: never email Meridian without Priya. Written to Memory, so it is never proposed again.

Where Arden shows up

The control room is not the only room.

The brief lands in your inbox, the approval is a button in Slack, the decision is on your phone. Most of your team never logs in, and you don’t pay per seat.

Native

Deep, event-driven connectors Arden Labs builds and maintains. Webhooks where the tool offers them, so Arden sees the order the moment it slips.

Catalog

The long tail, through a managed connector catalog. Polled, normalised into the same signals, governed by the same policies.

Connector health is itself a watch

A broken webhook is a blind spot. Arden reports silence as silence, never as calm, and tells you when a source has gone quiet.

See it on your own systems.
