Who we are

Arden Labs builds and operates Arden, an Organizational Intelligence Platform. For anything on this page, write to hello@ardenlabs.net.

This website

• What we collect. If you book a first session, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, the tools you run on, and anything you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the session. Nothing else.
• Analytics. The site may use privacy-respecting, cookie-free page analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count visits. It does not identify you and is not shared with advertisers.
• Cookies. The site sets no tracking cookies.
• Retention. Session requests are kept while we are in conversation with you and deleted on request at any time.

The product

When a customer deploys Arden, Arden reads data from the business systems that customer connects (for example their store, books, inbox, CRM and project tools) and builds a model of that business from it. That data belongs to the customer. Arden Labs processes it only to provide the service, on the customer’s instructions and under the customer’s agreement with us.

• Scope. Arden reads only the systems the customer connects, with the scopes stated on screen when they connect, and writes to a system only when a written policy and, by default, a human approval allow it. The full posture is on the security page.
• People inside the customer’s data. Connected systems contain information about the customer’s own customers, staff and suppliers. Arden Labs handles it on the customer’s behalf and does not use it for any purpose of its own. If you are one of those people and have a question, the customer is the right first contact; we will help them answer it.
• Providers. Arden runs on managed cloud infrastructure and uses Anthropic’s Claude models over an API for reasoning. We do not use customer data to train models and do not permit our providers to. We will give any customer the current list of providers on request.
• Tenancy. Each customer’s deployment is separate. Data is not pooled across customers.
• Retention and deletion. Data is kept for as long as the deployment runs. When an engagement ends, connectors are revoked, and the customer’s data is exported to them on request and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to hello@ardenlabs.net and we will answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it, and customers are told directly.
